Is it just me, or has this year just flown by? I can’t believe we’re already in the middle of the holiday season. Thanksgiving Day is long gone and Christmas is fast approaching.
This is a particularly busy . . . and often stressful . . . time of the year for many people. There’s so much that needs to be done—decorating, shopping, cooking, cleaning. It all takes lots of time, lots of effort and lots of money. The biggest problem is that most of us were already overwhelmed before we started adding all these holiday preparations to our list.
In the flurry of activity we often forget to prepare for OURSELVES in a way that will assure we can maintain all the forward movement we have made in our hearts and lives this past year.
